The pickup has a strong magnetic tip. I think it is a variable reluctor
pickup. It has a connector like in pic 3839.

On the flywheel, there are 5 poles for the pickup to read. They are
grouped together on one side of the flywheel. There is also F| and R|
marks for engine TDC marked. You can see all these things in pic 3843.

Look in pic 3842. There is a hole in the cover at the top of the
picture. You can take the bolt out of this hole and read the R| and F|
TDC marks for timing the engine. The pickup is about 75 degrees to the
left, which is approximately 90 degrees offset, plus 15 degrees btdc
ignition timing.

Pic 3844 shows the direction of engine rotation.

Pic 3845 and 3847 shows the flywheel placed in the engine cover, with
the F| front cylinder mark on the TDC hole. (Front cylinder has just
fired.)

Pic 3846 and 3848 shows the flywheel placed in the engine cover, with
the R| front cylinder mark on the TDC hole. (Rear cylinder has just
fired.)

If you add an input (0.5-4.5V) for a boost MAP sensor and allow the user
to add boost, then your users can turbocharge their bike. I think you
will get a lot of business from this.

Capasitor Bank
Capasitor Bank berfungsi sebagai penyimpan muatan listrik yang secara kasar, kerjanya mirip accu/batere, namun dalam waktu yang relatif singkat muatan yg tersimpan dalam capacitor akan habis, tergantung dengan beban (load) yang terhubung, dan kapasitas (dlm Farad) capasitor tersebut. Analoginya adalah dengan bak penampungan air di tower yang kerannya dibuka lebar-lebar. Saat capasitor dihubungkan dengan sumber tegangan (pompa air hidup),muatan terisi penuh (bak penuh),dan jika sumber tegangan dilepas (pompa air mati),muatan akan habis (bak kosong) dan harus diisi lagi, begitu seterusnya. Sedangkan Accu,analoginya bak penampungan air yang volumenya besar (AH),dengan tinggi tower sama (Voltage), dan mengisi airnya lebih lama (charging time),dan membuangnya otomatis relatif lebih lama (tergantung beban (watt) terpasang)dan Capasitor pada aplikasi motor :

1. Berfungsi sebagai pembantu Accu untuk penahan beban berat secara tiba-tiba (fungsi stabiliser DC). Agar saat beban besar di-On kan, beban-beban lain tidak terganggu (lampu merdup,klakson keong mrepet bunyinya, atau saat misalnya lampu depan menyala dan electric starter ditekan dsb.
2. Capasitor tidak bisa bekerja sendiri tanpa Accu (sumber tegangan)
3. Capasitor bukan sebagai penambah kapasitas Accu/ tidak memperbesar AH
4. Capasitor tidak terlalu memberi efek berarti pada aplikasi beban listrik standar motor kita, kecuali jika pasang CDI yang mengkonsumsi arus besar agar pengapian motor menghasilkan performa tinggi pada dapur pacu atau audio motor dengan subwoofer lumayan besar atau klakson super keong dan lainnya yang diluar dari standard kelistrikan motor.
6. Tegangan maksimum / sisa yang ada di kapasitor di motor kecil, hanya 12-15VDC (sesuai tegangan Accu) dan tidak membahayakan.
